Terms and Conditions – B9 Cash App Pakistan Gaming

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the B9 Cash App platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or browsing the site — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it, whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any other device.

2. Eligibility and Registration

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on B9 Cash App. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new registration.

Accurate information: When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your real name and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms. B9 Cash App reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. B9 Cash App will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was enabled by your own failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Account Rules

Your B9 Cash App account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Using someone else's account or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

B9 Cash App reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or if account verification requirements have not been met. In such cases, we will communicate the reason to you where doing so does not conflict with any legal obligation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on B9 Cash App are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer. Additional payment options may be available from time to time and will be shown in your account dashboard.

Deposits

Deposits are generally processed quickly and your balance should reflect the credited amount shortly after a successful transaction. Withdrawals

Currency and Fees

All balances, stakes and payouts are displayed and processed in PKR. B9 Cash App does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

B9 Cash App offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free plays and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements and expiry dates.

Key principles that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household or device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

The outcome of slot games, fish games and other random-outcome products is determined by certified random number generation. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event and settled according to published rules.

Where a technical error occurs during gameplay — for example, a game disconnects mid-round or a bet cannot be settled due to a data feed issue — B9 Cash App will make a reasonable attempt to resolve the situation fairly. • Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting others in doing so to circumvent bonus restrictions or other account-level limits.
• False identity: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, screen scraping tools or any software designed to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through B9 Cash App support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery action.
• Underage use: Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. On closing, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated PKR payment method.

B9 Cash App reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Account verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and approved.
• We are required to do so by applicable obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, B9 Cash App reserves the right to withhold any bonus-related balance and to recover any promotional funds that were awarded in error or obtained through prohibited conduct.
